Dr. St. Louis Estes with five uniformed men (probably firefighters), one man in a cowboy hat, and one woman, on a street corner with a fire wagon in the background. Dr. Estes and most of the men have fists raised, elbows out, as if exercising., Dr. St. Louis Albert Estes (1876-1951) was an American doctor and the author of Raw Food and Health.
