It is fashioned of black straw cloth with imitation aigrettes and is typical of the ultra and chic style and originality of all Hortense creations. This French artist has found the key note to the artistry and fascinating tilt of the Parisian millinery worn before the World War, and these charming creations are shown by Jean Lucas at his Salon Hortense Inc. in their Beverly Hills Salon at 9440 Wilshire, which is their only shop west of New York. Mr. Lucas is the President of Hortense Inc. 1931.
